Our Terms & Conditions

By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Testimonials: Clients are required to provide testimonials upon request by Jamie Fraser (hereinafter referred to as "JF"). Testimonials may include written statements, video recordings, or other forms of feedback regarding their experience with the program.

  2. Follow-Up Actions: Clients must diligently follow up on any actions or recommendations set by JF during the program. Failure to follow up on actions may result in termination from the program.

  3. Rescheduling Sessions: Clients are allowed to reschedule sessions if necessary; however, rescheduling more than two weeks from the date of their previous session is the maximum allowable timeframe. Clients must provide advance notice of any rescheduling requests, and efforts will be made to accommodate such requests based on availability. Failure to adhere to the specified rescheduling timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the session without refund. JF Growth reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances.

  4. Social Media Shout-Outs and Promotions: Clients may be requested to provide social media shout-outs or participate in promotional activities related to the program. Participation in such activities is voluntary and may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by JF Growth.

  5. Termination: JF Growth reserves the right to remove any client from the program without refund if they fail to follow up on actions, comply with program guidelines, or participate in required social media shout-outs and promotions.

  6. Refunds: No refunds will be provided in the event of termination due to non-compliance with program guidelines.

  7. Modification of Terms: JF Growth reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
